Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Cincinnati, janitorial supervisor here

A home-care agency in Cincinnati is taking applications for aides with paid training. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. What is the interview process like?
