Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Cincinnati

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Cincinnati this week. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
