Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Chicago - first time posting

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Chicago this week. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
