Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Buffalo - any advice?

Several clinics and a hospital near Buffalo are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Anyone else applying?
