Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Baltimore - what worked for you?

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Baltimore this week. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
