Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Austin after 5 years as a barista

Several clinics and a hospital near Austin are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I worked as a barista before this. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Anyone else applying?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
