Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Atlanta - what worked for you?

Several clinics and a hospital near Atlanta are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further.

The interview was short and focused on how I handle stress. Be ready with a real example.

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
