Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Atlanta - first time posting

Several clinics and a hospital near Atlanta are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. Any experience at all would help. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
