Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Atlanta - 13 months and counting

Several clinics and a hospital near Atlanta are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. What is the interview process like?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
