Hiring: medical assistants and aides in Albuquerque (Albuquerque)

A home-care agency in Albuquerque is taking applications for aides with paid training. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
