Several clinics and a hospital near Tampa are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. What is the interview process like?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.

Check the agency's state licence, especially for home care. It is a quick lookup online.
