Healthcare support jobs hiring around Seattle (update)

Several clinics and a hospital near Seattle are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
