Healthcare support jobs hiring around San Diego - what worked for you?

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near San Diego this week. It has been weighing on me all week. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Anyone else applying?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.

Check the agency's state licence, especially for home care. It is a quick lookup online.
