Healthcare support jobs hiring around Raleigh - what worked for you?

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Raleigh this week. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
