A home-care agency in Providence is taking applications for aides with paid training. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.

Check the agency's state licence, especially for home care. It is a quick lookup online.
