Healthcare support jobs hiring around Milwaukee - any advice?

Several clinics and a hospital near Milwaukee are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. Do any of these pay for certification?
