Healthcare support jobs hiring around Louisville after 9 years as a logistics coordinator

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Louisville this week. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. What is the interview process like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
