Healthcare support jobs hiring around Louisville after 14 years as an electrician's helper

Several clinics and a hospital near Louisville are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
