Healthcare support jobs hiring around Little Rock

Several clinics and a hospital near Little Rock are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. What is the interview process like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
