Healthcare support jobs hiring around Knoxville (update)

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Knoxville this week. I worked as a forklift operator before this. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
