Healthcare support jobs hiring around Kansas City after 7 years as a quality inspector

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Kansas City this week. Any experience at all would help. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
