Healthcare support jobs hiring around Jacksonville - first time posting

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Jacksonville this week. I worked as a mechanic before this. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. What is the interview process like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
