Healthcare support jobs hiring around Hartford - any advice?

Several clinics and a hospital near Hartford are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Anyone else applying?
