Healthcare support jobs hiring around Detroit - first time posting

Several clinics and a hospital near Detroit are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. What is the interview process like?
