Healthcare support jobs hiring around Dallas - what worked for you?

Several clinics and a hospital near Dallas are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
