Healthcare support jobs hiring around Columbus

Several clinics and a hospital near Columbus are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. What is the interview process like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
