Healthcare support jobs hiring around Cincinnati

I noticed a spike in healthcare postings near Cincinnati this week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Do any of these pay for certification?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
