Several clinics and a hospital near Birmingham are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Do any of these pay for certification?

Check the agency's state licence, especially for home care. It is a quick lookup online.
