Flexible shifts hiring in Wichita (update)

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
