Flexible shifts hiring in Tulsa, software tester here

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Tulsa. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
