Flexible shifts hiring in Toledo - any advice?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some roles have a small tuition benefit.

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
