Flexible shifts hiring in Toledo after 5 years as an HR coordinator

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
