Flexible shifts hiring in Seattle - any advice?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
