Flexible shifts hiring in Seattle

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. How many hours do they guarantee?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
