Flexible shifts hiring in San Diego, HR coordinator here

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
