Flexible shifts hiring in Salt Lake City - what worked for you?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I am in Salt Lake City, in case local advice matters. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Is the schedule really fixed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
