Flexible shifts hiring in Sacramento (update)

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Sacramento. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
