Flexible shifts hiring in Richmond - 25 weeks in

A grocery chain and a hotel near Richmond are hiring part-time staff. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Has anyone worked these shifts?

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
