Flexible shifts hiring in Raleigh - any advice?

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Raleigh. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
