Flexible shifts hiring in Portland

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
