Flexible shifts hiring in Pittsburgh (update)

A grocery chain and a hotel near Pittsburgh are hiring part-time staff. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
