Flexible shifts hiring in Phoenix - what worked for you?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I worked as a security officer before this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
