Flexible shifts hiring in Phoenix - 8 weeks in

A grocery chain and a hotel near Phoenix are hiring part-time staff. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

I worked evenings at a hotel. The hours were steady and the team was friendly, but weekends were busy.
