Flexible shifts hiring in Omaha, administrative assistant here

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
