Flexible shifts hiring in Oklahoma City (update)

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Oklahoma City. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. How many hours do they guarantee?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
