Flexible shifts hiring in Oklahoma City - any advice?

A grocery chain and a hotel near Oklahoma City are hiring part-time staff. It has been a long 20 weeks. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Is the schedule really fixed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
