Flexible shifts hiring in Nashville, recruiter here

A grocery chain and a hotel near Nashville are hiring part-time staff. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Is the schedule really fixed?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
