Flexible shifts hiring in Minneapolis

A grocery chain and a hotel near Minneapolis are hiring part-time staff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They can give a schedule two weeks ahead. Is the schedule really fixed?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
