Flexible shifts hiring in Minneapolis

I am looking for part-time work that fits around school hours and found a few evening shifts near Minneapolis. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
