Flexible shifts hiring in Memphis - what worked for you?

A cleaning company is taking applications for evening crews. I worked as an event coordinator before this. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Is the schedule really fixed?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
